Were looking for a Expansion Manager to help us find and secure top-tier charging locations strengthening Fastneds position as the go-to charging provider in Belgium and Europe!
Your Role
As a Expansion Manageryoull focus on securing prime real estate in high-traffic areas ensuring our stations are visible accessible and built for long-term success. Youll work closely with landowners developers and retailers to forge strategic partnerships helping Fastned solidify its position as the leading charging network in the region.
To secure the best locations we expect you to implement a strong network development plan. You will be responsible for shaping your own networkand expansion efforts and for thinking strategically on how you approach the various stakeholders in and outside of your network.
Working as part of a dynamic international team youll also help streamline processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. Youll become an expert in the future of e-mobility and charging infrastructure collaborating with subject matter experts to sharpen your knowledge and lead negotiations with confidence.
Dont worry your onboarding will include masterclasses on e-mobility and fast-charging so youll be ready to hit the ground running and shape the future of mobility by bringing essential charging infrastructure to key locations.
This role is based in Ghent where youll join a fun diverse team spread across Europe. Youll have the unique opportunity to learn about and contribute to an industry driven by the future making a real impact on the energy transition!

What Were Looking For
We are seeking a senior professional who brings a strong sense of ownership professional maturity and autonomy to the role. You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and are able to drive business growth through critical thinking and proactive engagement. You will play a key role in shaping and expanding Fastneds presence in Belgium particularly within the Flemish and/or Walloon markets. We value diverse backgrounds and encourage candidates with a variety of experiences to apply. Ideally you bring:
At least 3 years of relevant commercial experience preferably in real estate site acquisition or a related field.
A proven track record of independently managing projects or portfolios demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A commercial mindset and solid understanding of financial concepts or the motivation to further develop these skills.
Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with the Belgian market with experience in either Flanders and/or Wallonia.
A proactive solution-oriented approach and the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
Willingness to travel regularly across Belgium to scout locations and connect with partners.
A collaborative spirit and eagerness to contribute to a learning environment.
A strong motivation to accelerate the energy transition and make a positive impact.
