What You Will Be Doing:
- Motivating engaging and training your housekeeping team
- Managing all operational and financial outcomes for the department
- Organise and allocate rooms for the rostered team members on shift
- Ensure appropriate chemical safety and Workplace Health & Safety standards and practices are maintained
- Going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
- Working autonomously and building strong bonds with all departments
- Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
- Maintaining training and cleaning records
Qualifications :
Your Experience and Skills Include:
- Experience working in a senior housekeeping role will be very highly regarded
- Great attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a minimal timeframe
- The ability to motivate and train your team
- The flexibility to work over a seven-day roster including weekends and public holidays minimum 4 days per week with 8:00am start time
- A genuine care for your team and guests understanding that everyone is different and work to their strengths
