This role is focused on driving revenue growth by promoting and selling a range of products and services-including batteries DC power systems chargers and more. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships identify new business opportunities and provide high-quality support throughout the sales cycle.
Position Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for growing sales within an assigned territory maintaining client relationships and achieving or exceeding sales targets. This position involves prospecting developing tailored solutions based on customer specifications presenting proposals and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a broad portfolio of products and services; prepare and deliver quotes and proposals.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
Conduct presentations and training sessions at customer sites and company meetings.
Ensure timely follow-ups after quotes deliveries and installations to confirm customer satisfaction.
Design and write specifications based on customer needs and work to have products/services included in client specifications.
Research and identify new business opportunities potential clients and market trends.
Prepare territory sales forecasts and meet or exceed established sales goals.
Stay informed about competitor activity new products and industry conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with Engineering Service Inside Sales and Customer Service teams to meet customer expectations and maintain high product/service quality.
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor; communicate clearly and effectively in all business interactions.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of sales experience preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common business software tools.
Strong analytical and math skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel between offices customer locations and industry events (including trade shows).
