Job Description
As Principal of the Secondary Campus you will drive bilingual instructional excellence for middle and high school students and lead a team of educators. You will own academic outcomes by championing data-driven improvement cycles oversee day-to-day operations and cultivate the collaborative vision that keeps top talent engaged and students thriving.
Responsibilities
Develop and communicate academic vision and high standards
Align curriculum standards and manage grading and testing compliance
Observe classrooms and provide instructional coaching
Secure instructional resources and materials
Create opportunities for teachers to collaborate and share best practices
Connect professional development to teaching outcomes
Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for all staff
Support teacher growth plans and track progress
Align hiring evaluation and development with school goals
Apply policies fairly and address concerns with integrity
Celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment
Build community partnerships and communicate successes
Provide clear communication to all stakeholders
Maintain safe secure campus facilities
Manage budgets contracts and technology
Hire evaluate staff and create effective schedules
Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance
Partner with administration and community for comprehensive programs
Education Certification & Qualifications
Required: Masters degree in education or a related field
Preferred Principal/Educational Leadership certification
Minimum three years of school leadership experience in middle or high school settings
Preferred: Proficiency in second language and/or certification in international curriculum
Demonstrated commitment to equity inclusion and global citizenship
