This is an impactful role for the organization requiring the ability to truly partner with business leaders supporting/driving tactical and critical initiatives. The Sr. HR Manager will partner to translate business and site strategy into HR deliverables plans and solutions. The role will partner with the leaders to hire engage and develop talent to build the capabilities required for short and long-term success. As a trusted advisor this role will guide and take action in all aspects of HR including Performance Management Employee Relations Compensation Engagement and Retention.
Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field. Masters Degree preferred.
Generally 7 years of HR related experience required; Some people management experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $118100.00$157500.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
