*12 Month Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Administrative Assistant position! This is a 12 month contract opportunity and will be on-site in Harrisburg PA. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to non-executive employees or departments within the bank
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties including compiling reports and correspondence
- Conduct routine data processing and verification tasks
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for managers
- Coordinate all travel arrangements and logistics
- Screen and direct incoming calls visitors mail and email
- Prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries
- Assist in creating presentations meeting agendas and business communications
- Handle disbursement and billing preparation for approval
- Maintain accurate financial and expense records
What Youll Need to Have:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of related administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel and Word skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
- General office skills and professionalism in communication
Pay Range:$20-$25/hr
