What Youll Do as aBilling Lead:
- Own and execute complex monthly billing processes across multiple systems and currencies.
- Analyze customer billing details modify data in Excel and generate accurate professional invoices.
- Collaborate with customers account managers and service teams to resolve billing issues and account delinquencies.
- Keep billing process documentation sharp and up-to-date.
- Lead and train offshore billing teams ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Partner with sales and leadership to define billing requirements for new contracts and identify automation opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree 2 years experience OR HS/GED 6 years in accounts receivable and billing.
- Experience in collections and cash application processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word Outlook.
- Familiarity with vendor portal processing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of accounts receivable experience in a mid-size organization.
- Strong systems acumen including ERP knowledge.
- Excellent organizational prioritization and communication skills.
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge skills location experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
