Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultantto lead financial transformation initiatives. The role involves designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions including core modules such as General Ledger Accounts Payable/Receivable Asset Accounting and Controlling.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultantto lead financial transformation initiatives. The role involves designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions including core modules such as General Ledger Accounts Payable/Receivable Asset Accounting and Controlling.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions across a major S/4HANA transformation program.
- Partner with business leaders to define the future-state finance operating model including chart of accounts and costing structures.
- Translate business requirements into scalable efficient SAP finance solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Drive end-to-end finance design across procurement HCM logistics and asset management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology change management and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Support business process harmonization simplification and adoption of S/4HANA capabilities.
- Contribute to overall governance program and provide quality assurance on finance deliverables.
- Leverage tools such as SAP Signavio for process mapping and optimization (experience desirable).
ESSENTIAL
- Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years experience in SAP Finance with a strong track record of architecture leadership roles.
- At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations in a finance lead or architect position including blueprint through go-live and stabilization.
- S/4HANA experience is essential including involvement in finance transformation projects leveraging the latest SAP innovations.
- Proven expertise in defining finance operating models designing global/local chart of accounts and cost allocation methodologies.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and integration points across SAP modules.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance or related modules.
- Background in accounting or finance (e.g. CPA CA or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience in complex multi-entity or global program environments.
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
