Freelance Recruiter (Remote US)
Contract 1099 Remote
Commission-only (high payout no cap)

What Youll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for tech GTM and operations roles (perm contract)
Partner directly with founders and make placements that matter
Source screen and submit highly qualified candidates who actually fit
Work independently and deliver with minimal hand-holding
Collaborate with other badass recruiters when needed no egos here
You Should Have
3 years of agency recruiting experience (perm or contract)
Strong sourcing screening and storytelling skills
Comfort working independently and on commission
The ability to spot fluff from a mile away and avoid it
A decent sense of humor and a high sense of urgency
