As a Sous Chef you will assist the F & B Lead in creating delicious and visually appealing dishes manage kitchen staff and ensure that food quality and safety standards are met maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist the F& B Lead in menu planning and recipe creation
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- Monitor kitchen operations and maintain inventory levels
Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience/extensive training
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef within hospitality
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
