Join the team supporting the 2026 NCAA Mens Lacrosse Championships in Charlottesville VA! This role focuses on selling all-session single-session and group tickets to local fans lacrosse communities and businesses while supporting premium seating and hospitality opportunities managed in conjunction with REVELxp.


As an Account Executive youll be a front-line sales representative helping create an unforgettable championship atmosphere at one of the premier events in college athletics. Your mission will be to drive ticket revenue through targeted outreach outstanding customer service and a passion for connecting fans to the action.


Duties and Responsibilities
Primary duties include but are not limited to:

  • Sell all-session single-session and group tickets to individuals families youth organizations lacrosse clubs and local businesses for the NCAA Lacrosse Championships.
  • Proactively engage area businesses and community groups to generate ticket interest and group sales opportunities.
  • Assist with premium seating and hospitality packages in collaboration with the REVELxp team.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing timely professional communication and tailored recommendations to fans and group leaders.
  • Execute a structured multi-touchpoint sales strategy including phone calls emails in-person meetings and event networking opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and event-based sales goals as defined in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Accurately track all sales activity in Salesforce maintaining up-to-date records of calls emails meetings and completed sales.
  • Represent the NCAA and REVELxp at select community events to drive awareness and engage potential ticket buyers.
  • Additional duties as assigned in support of the championship sales strategy.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and/or active progress towards a degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Knowledge of sports and the excitement surrounding in-person events is a plus.
  • Self-starter with high energy a positive attitude and a competitive drive to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Coachability and a team-first mentality with a willingness to learn and adapt to best practices.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced event-focused environment including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer and pass a background check.
