Term/Status: Auxiliary/Temporary - anticipated 70 hours bi-weekly to October 2026
Classification/Salary: Social Program Officer R30 / $49.71 to $56.77 hourly

Location: Any CLBC South Interior office (hybrid with 3 days in office after passing probation)

About the Role:
As a Quality Assurance Practice Consultant (QAPC) at CLBC your work will enable CLBC to provide the highest possible quality of service through expert support and analysis and by building strong relationships with individuals families front-line staff and other agencies and stakeholders. Using the Quality Assurance and Quality of Life frameworks to guide decisions the QAPC advises and supports individuals families and staff through the Complaints Resolution process to achieve a fair responsive and respectful outcome.
As a QAPC you will engage and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders enabling them to gather and analyze information identify patterns and possibilities for the organization and the individuals and families we serve and provide recommendations for enhancing services and practices.
This role provides operational support by bringing an expert perspective to support organizational effectiveness and changes and to the implementation of new practices processes and projects that enhance the quality of life for the people we serve.

Travel: Occasional travel as required throughout BC primarily within the region with occasional travel outside of the region.
