Job Summary
Are you a passionate and dedicated psychotherapist looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals seeking mental health support We are currently seeking a licensed psychotherapist to join our dynamic team. Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Niche focused.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and formulate treatment goals.
- Stay abreast of developments in the field of psychotherapy and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in accordance with professional codes of conduct.
- Must be able to market yourself to assist with maintaining a full caseload.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology Social Work or a related field.
- Current Louisiana licensure as a Psychotherapist or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals across the lifespan preferred but niche-focused.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and self-care practices.
- Knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing psychotherapy practice.
