Salesforce Inc. seeks Product Manager Senior Analyst in Dallas TX:

Job Duties: Work closely with our business partners product managers and engineers to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level. Craft and own user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions and detail out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon. Attend daily stand-ups story-pointing meetings sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers. Identify business process improvements and opportunities for automation. Document work using flow charts written descriptions screenshots and videos participate in roadmap planning and identify touch points in multi-cloud implementations. React to process and product-related questions and raise issues to the correct team or to the management as necessary. Participate in the UAT and release process including test planning development of test scripts test execution and status reporting. Develop strong client relationships by building trust rapport and positive working relationships with both customers and team members. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Masters degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science Information Technology Management Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science Information Technology Management Engineering (any field)).

Any suitable combination of education training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
