Job Description
Experienced Case/Contract Management Services Associate
Hybrid - May require 2 days in office (Tuesday and Thursday)
Training: Virtual training - 2 weeks (Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Hours: 8am - 6pm (8.5-hour day with a flexible start time except during training)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
About the role: As a member of the team you will search various databases to fulfill discovery requests from the support could include preparing requests for delivery to the client providing status updates and participating in team meetings.
This positionis responsible for providing workgroup supportin the location and retrieval of technical documents.
- The associate will work closely with tenured associates in performing the following activities:
- Searching various repositories/databases for technical documents
- Compile and process requested documentation for delivery to requestor
- Participate in internal and external meetings
Required Skills:
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer service background.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate good organization and time management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service /interpersonal skills.
- Able to demonstrate strong customer relationship skills.
- Able to demonstrate proficiency with PC skills including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to demonstrate effective problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelors Degree in any field is REQUIRED
- Must be receptive to coaching and training
- Must be able to submit to and pass a background screening and drug test
- 1-2 years industry experience (automotive experience preferred)
