Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service and support for a robust book of business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large book of standard personal lines accounts.
- Handle renewals and re-shop policies as needed.
- Process endorsements with carriers and ensure accuracy.
- Address risk control recommendations and implement necessary actions.
- Manage notices of cancellations and work to secure reinstatements.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a reliable point of contact for clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of agency experience preferred.
- Experience working with multiple carriers in an agency setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC management software.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
