Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our first-shift team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on precision work values stability and thrives in a supportive close-knit environment where your experience is recognized and appreciated.

Youll be responsible for programming setting up and operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality precision parts. We value independence and expertise youll be trusted to run jobs from start to finish.
Program and operate CNC lathe machines.
Read and interpret blueprints drawings and work orders.
Select appropriate tooling perform setups and make necessary offsets.
Measure and inspect parts using precision tools to ensure quality.
Maintain machine and work area cleanliness and safety.
Work independently and collaborate with team members and supervisors as needed.
At least 5 years of CNC lathe machining experience including programming.
Strong knowledge of G-code tooling materials and machine setup.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and GD&T.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A steady reliable work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Competitive hourly pay $25-$33/hour based on experience.
