About the role:
We at Samsara Technologies India Private Limited are seeking a Bengaluru-based innovative Full Stack Developer with strong experience in modern web technologies and a passion for building intelligent this role you will be a key player on our Post-Sales Systems team responsible for designing and developing solutions that enhance our customer and technical support platforms. While this is primarily a full-stack role you will have the opportunity to work with emerging AI technologies and frameworks including building and testing AI Agents in the short term to help drive efficiency and create smarter user experiences.
You will collaborate with teams across Customer Support and other technical teams transforming abstract concepts into production-ready AI solutions. This role requires both hands-on coding and strategic thinking to ensure our systems are not only intelligent but also scalable reliable and secure.
This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in our Bengaluru office and 3 days working remotely open to candidates based in India. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role you will:
- Contribute to the design development and deployment of features and applications within our Post-Sales systems ecosystem.
- Learn and apply prompt and context engineering techniques to improve the effectiveness of AI-powered features.
- Assist in the development and testing of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Learn and utilize AI agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex) to help build and test intelligent agents.
- Assist in developing and maintaining back-end services and APIs that power our solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and senior developers to understand requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
- Work with and learn about large language models (LLMs) vector databases and other machine learning technologies.
- Follow and contribute to best practices in software development including code quality testing and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with and learn from senior developers in a supportive team environment.

Minimum requirements for the role:
- 4 years of software development experience.
- Demonstrated interest or project experience in AI/ML applications (university personal projects or professional).
- 1 years of experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
- A strong desire to learn and apply concepts like prompt engineering context engineering and RAG.
- Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn AI frameworks like LangChain LangGraph or similar technologies.
- Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute to complex solutions under guidance.
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React Vue or Angular.
- Familiarity with Service CRM platforms like Zendesk and their APIs.
- Exposure to public cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- An understanding of concepts like vector databases.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
