Automotive Group - Title Clerk
Are you detail-oriented organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment Our growing automotive group is seeking a dedicated Title Clerk to join our team and help ensure seamless processing of vehicle titles and registration paperwork. This is your chance to pay a crucial role in a dynamic customer-focused dealership group.
Responsibilities:
- Process all new and used vehicle titles including state DMV paperwork payoffs trade-ins
- Ensure timely submission of title documents to customers banks and governmentagencies
- Maintain accurate records for all vehicle transactions
- Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to ensure documentation is complete and compliant
- Monitor the title process to resolve any issues or delays
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Title Clerk (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of DMV regulations and title procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficiency with dealership software systems (CDK) a plus
