• Money -- and opportunity to make more. This is a commission position. You decide how much you can make!
• Work comfortably and casually. Shine t-shirts sweatshirts and polo shirts are all provided to you for free. And we provide all the equipment youll need too!

• Shine uses the latest technology and equipment to ensure youre well equipped on the job.

• Each day youll meet with the rest of the team to understand the days game plan at 8 am. The office is located at 3636 Bee Caves Rd #215 Austin TX 78746.
• Youll drive one of our Shine vehicles to various customers homes or businesses (typically with another Shine team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customers needs.
• Youll call upcoming customers on your way to the job alerting them that youre on the way.
• Youll meet customers face to face (if theyre home) before your crew begins its work to ensure were meeting the customers expectations on the job that day.
• Upon inspection you may suggest other services the customer may consider that you feel may be appropriate.
• When the work is complete youll complete a post-job inspection and meet again with the customer (if theyre home) to review the work to their satisfaction.
• Youll accept and process the customers payment through our mobile payment technology completing the job.
• Youll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day ensuring your vehicle is clean and ready for the next days work.
• Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. May work occasionally on a Saturday during the holiday season.

• Must like to work with people
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder at least 50 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Must be able to work outside in the Texas heat
• Must want to work in a leadership capacity
• Must speak English since there is customer interaction.
• Must speak Spanish as well!
• If you have hung Christmas lights before that is a plus!
