Job Description

Our Clients are looking for a senior practitioner to step up to Deputy Room Leader supporting the team and room leader in their busy Baby Suite. Great salarys up to 31500 depending on experience. On great transport links and with mega benefits.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Can inspire energise and support others

A genuine passion to make a difference

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
