Lead CAD Technician Security Integration & BIM
40000 Depending on Experience
Office-based West London.
Were recruiting for a Lead CAD Technicianto join a fast-growing security systems integrator delivering high-end access control and CCTV solutions across commercial and critical environments in London.
This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a technical team working on major integration projects with a mix of remote and on-site collaboration.
The Role:
Support project teams with CAD and BIM drawings throughout the design and installation phase
Produce detailed as-installed drawings for access control CCTV containment and infrastructure layouts
Compile Operation & Maintenance manuals following completion of installation works
Work closely with Project Managers Engineers and site teams to ensure technical accuracy
Be on-site in central London twice a week with remote working on other days
What Youll Bring:
Strong CAD experience ideally within the security systems or electrical/infrastructure space
BIM knowledge and ability to work within client standards and models
Ability to interpret technical drawings schematics and site layouts
Confident producing O&M documentation and supporting close-out packages
Based within commutable distance to London and happy to be on-site twice per week
