ProPublica is an independent nonprofit newsroom that produces investigative journalism in the public interest.

ProPublica is seeking an experienced self-motivated and well-organized professional to join our New York headquarters as the development coordinator.
The primary duties of the coordinator are to process donations using Salesforce GoFundMe Pro and other fundraising tools and third-party platforms work with the director of development services to ensure data integrity respond to donor questions and produce acknowledgement letters. They will also assist with various donor communications database projects general administration for the development team and special projects as needed.

This role will report to the director of development services and gain valuable fundraising experience from our professional and collegial development team.

This job is a full-time position based in New York City and includes benefits. It is a hybrid role with three days of in-office work per week required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
The expected salary range for this position is $60000 to $75000.
This is a good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position. The final salary figure will take into account a persons experience accomplishment and location. ProPublica is committed to paying its staff equitably and these ranges should not be considered career salary limits or caps.
