Job Description
Description of the role:
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Group Service Scheduling Agent to join our team in Baton Rouge LA. As a Service Scheduling Agent you will be responsible for coordinating service appointments for automotive maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments
- Coordinate with service technicians and customers to ensure timely appointments
- Manage service schedules efficiently and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or scheduling preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus
