Overview We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation cooking and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the quality of food meets the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
Skills
- Experience in a dietary department or similar setting is preferred.
- Proficient in knife skills and various cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food service operations and catering practices.
- Strong understanding of food handling safety and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Familiarity with fine dining standards is a plus
