Are you passionate about Mediterranean cuisine and skilled in the art of grilling At W Verbier were looking for our future grill master to join our vibrant team in the Brasserie 1519. If you have a talent for working with fire flavor and finesse and are ready to deliver dishes that excite and delight our guests we want to meet you!
As a Grill Cook youll be specializing in preparing and cooking a variety of meats fish and vegetables on the Josper oven. Your role will include seasoning and grilling ingredients to perfection managing cooking temperatures ensuring top-quality presentation and working closely with the kitchen team to create dishes that embody Mediterranean warmth and authenticity.
PROFILE
Previous experience in a similar position or in Mediterranean cuisine
Strong expertise in grilling techniques and Josper oven cooking
Experience in the kitchen of a 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards
Fluent French and English/Spanish
Highly motivated with a real passion for Mediterranean flavors
Detail-oriented and dedicated to offering guests an exceptional dining experience
