Job Summary
The Assistant Director Inter-College Advising (I-CA) Enrollment Management Student Success is responsible for providing administrative program management communications and technological support for the Office of Inter-College Advising (I-CA). Their role will support the standardization and elevation of academic advising practices across Drexels colleges and schools. The Office of Inter-College Advising is responsible for leading strategic academic advising operations and services that foster student success and retention through strategic alignment with EMSS offices and critical academic partners. This includes working with academic offices responsible for policy utilizing information systems coordinating with support infrastructures EMSS partners and developing communications to facilitate student lifecycle management.
The Assistant Director of Inter-College Advising has the primary responsibility for supporting the University in creating proactive data-informed retention initiatives that leverage academic advising professionals and relevant departments and resources. This position reports to the Executive Director of Inter-College Advising (I-CA) to oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of the office along with strategic retention initiatives. The Assistant Director will assist in ensuring that the values of Drexel University and NACADA are clearly communicated through the projects pursued. The Assistant Director assists in executing the offices strategic plan and coordinates other necessary functions as needed.

This position is classified as Exempt grade K. Compensation for this grade ranges from 54630 - $81940 per year. Please note that the offered rate for thisposition typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade but it can vary based on thesuccessful candidates qualifications and experience department budget and an internal equity review.
