Job Summary
Seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist/Personal Lines CSR to join a team. Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line representative of the agency answering and directing incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Handle personal lines insurance changes ensuring accuracy and compliance with agency standards.
- Provide administrative support to the team including managing correspondence and maintaining organized records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
- Strong communication organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in relevant software applications is preferred.
- Professional demeanor attention to detail problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license is preferred.
