Strawberry Alley Ale Works is hiring Cooks!
Join the team and be a part of Strawberry Alley Ale works! With a chef-inspired menu expertly made craft beer and a historic downtown Clarksville location we are a a place like no other to work! We have a long track record of promoting within with the majority of our managers working their way into their positions. Former line cooks hostesses bartenders and servers now run their own kitchens and restaurants as Sous Chefs Executive Chefs and Managers.

What were looking for in a Cook
- 1-2 years experience in casual dining
- Knife skills range of cooking methods
- Attention to detail
- Cleanliness and organization is important to you
- Use correct tools to prepare all items in accordance with our recipes plate presentation and specifications
- Maintain clean area by following sanitation and safety standards
- Ensure product quality quantity appearance and temperature.
- Set up equipment verification of stock managing food orders
Physical Requirements of a Cook
Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
