Responsibilities
Perform collision repairs including welding panel work suspension and framework
Review repair orders and identify parts needed for each job
Follow repair protocols warranty standards and safety procedures
Notify supervisor of any additional damage or repair needs
Complete repairs on time and with high attention to detail
Conduct road tests when necessary to ensure repair quality
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Stay current on repair techniques and manufacturer standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in collision repair (preferred)
Welding suspension or frame repair experience (or willingness to train)
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Strong work ethic attention to detail and teamwork mindset
