Sales Manager GTM
San Francisco United States Full-time In-person

Role
Anysphere is reimagining how code is written. Our GTM team is the bridge between that future and the worlds top engineering organizations. As a Sales Manager youll work closely with founders engineers and operators at leading companies to help them realize the full potential of Cursor.
This is not a traditional sales role. Youll blend strategy storytelling product understanding and customer empathy to build trusted relationships and help engineering teams adopt a fundamentally new way of working.
Your work might include:
Building and owning strategic relationships with technical decision-makers
Running high-context high-conviction sales processes from first meeting to close
Translating user feedback into insights that shape our GTM strategy and product roadmap
Helping define what world-class sales looks like at Anysphere
Youll work closely with the founding team and have a direct impact on how our product is adopted by the world.
You might be a fit if you:
Have 38 years of experience in high-touch technical sales (e.g. enterprise software developer tools or AI platforms)
Are energized by working with engineers and love diving into how things work
Are comfortable owning ambiguous problems and creating clarity through action
Communicate crisply and have a bias toward speed and quality
Are curious entrepreneurial and excited to build in an early-stage environment
