Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the service area and creating a positive first impression
- Assist the service team with confirming appointments and updating customer information
- Keep customer waiting areas inventory displays neat clean and up to date
- Assist with dealership events marketing promotions and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing scanning printing and document organization
- Handle basic customer concerns or direct them to appropriate team members for resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required

- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem-solve and handle tasks proactively
