How will you make an impact in this role
- Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
- We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with deep expertise in both mainframe technologies (COBOL JCL DB2 VSAM) and distributed systems (Java Spring Boot REST APIs cloud-native architectures). This role will lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for modernising legacy systems driving distributed platform enhancements and ensuring operational excellence across hybrid environments
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in mainframe developmentanddistributed system design.
- Strong understanding of batch processingdata exchange services andcloud-native architectures
- Experience with migration projects especially from mainframe to distributed/cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
