Communicative Disorders Assistant

We are looking for Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDA) who have a passion for working with children and can provide support to our Speech Language Pathologists within our speech clinic and community. We are currently hiring afull time union position in Owen Sound and the surrounding areas.

Skills needed for success:

• Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) graduate certificate is required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of direct CDA experience
• Previous experience in Pediatric setting is preferred
• Member of the Communicative Disorders Assistant Association (CDAAC) considered an asset
• You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
• You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work within a multidisciplinary team
• Must have a current valid G2/G driving license and access to a reliable insured vehicle.
