This Position reports to:
Service Sales ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to provide administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level. Each day you will perform complex administrative tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the PAEN Service Sales function in Shanghai.
You will be mainly accountable for:

This role is contributing to the PAEN Service Sales function in Shanghai.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assisting a business/business manager in all business-relevant administration tasks such as biding supports contract process supports sales team supports internal sales database updating service hotline handling and other relevant service sales meeting and support sales review.
- Ensuring sharing of knowledge and information to keep others informed and up to date.
- Arranging business-critical internal/external events including arranging travel developing itineraries booking accommodation registering for conferences and coordinating with visiting speakers among other tasks.
Qualifications for the role
- At lease 1-2 years in sales supporting administration.
- Skillful in office software especially word excel power point
- You are at ease communicating in Chinese English
- Good communication skills and co-ordination experiences
