Sales Estimator (Roofing)
Chicago IL
Base salary of $80000 - $90000 Commission Earnings
The Externals Group are working with one of Chicagolands most well-established family-run commercial roofing contractors serving the area for over 100 years and they are looking to grow their Service Division with the addition of a Sales Estimator.
In this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for the Service department through prospecting cold calling networking events and direct outreach. You will market your efforts by performing site inspections generating proposals and selling commercial and industrial roofing services.
A Day in the Life:
- Self-generate sales opportunities through cold calling networking and prospecting.
- Perform site inspections to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and present proposals to potential customers highlighting the companys expertise and value.
- Build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
Key Requirements:
- Previous construction sales experience is required.
- Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required.
- Experienced roofing estimator with roofing experience is preferred.
