Job Description
- Contractual role
- Provide support by preparing the Technical offer with help of Oracle ERP once the parts are verified by Sales Manager
- Review PO copies as per the offer submitted by SBS
- Review terms and condition as offered by SBS
- Review and administration of sales and service contracts
- Generating SOA with help of Oracle ERP
- Crosschecking with US team / Manger for Correct SOA with end-user.
- Learn and apply sales and service policies and procedures become familiar with the companys operations/ engineering functions and communicate liaise internally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers regulatory agencies or members of the business community and direct them to the appropriate resource
