Job Description

Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Business Analyst (Asset Management State Government)

Location: Austin TX - (Hybrid Local candidates only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
  • Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team (at least 2 years).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal State or Local Government).
  • Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Control.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Experience working with the Scrum framework.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules.
  • Conduct formal work sessions and present functional analysis to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Lead and execute end-to-end system integration testing and external interface validations.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to analyze document and communicate requirements.
  • Utilize Microsoft O365 tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio) to support analysis and documentation tasks.
  • Effectively use MS Teams and Channels to collaborate with a large project team.
  • Work with stakeholders in public sector financial environments especially in agencies such as the CPA.
  • Apply Agile methodologies where applicable including using tools like Jira and participating in Scrum processes.
  • Support additional FSCM modules like Asset Management General Ledger and Commitment Control as needed.
  • Use SharePoint for document sharing and collaboration.
