Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and clarify business requirements.

Create and manage user stories functional specifications and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals.

Develop process flows perform gap analysis and assess change impacts across enterprise systems.
-
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during solution design sprint execution and UAT.
-
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog facilitating refinement and sprint planning.
-
Document functional designs workflows mappings and business rules.
-
Support UAT activities including test case development execution tracking and defect management.
-
Act as a liaison between business architecture QA and development teams to ensure delivery alignment.
Required Qualifications:
-
7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in enterprise technology projects.

Strong knowledge of CDP PIM or DAM systems (e.g. Salesforce CDP Pimcore Akeneo Adobe Assets).
-
Experience in full project lifecycle: requirements gathering process modeling backlog management and UAT.

Proficiency in tools like Jira Confluence Azure DevOps.
-
Excellent communication facilitation and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with digital commerce customer experience or marketing data platforms.

Familiarity with data modeling governance or taxonomy frameworks.

Exposure to integration flows between PIM/DAM platforms and ERP CRM or eCommerce systems.
-
Certifications such as CBAP PMI-PBA or SAFe PO/PM.
