Job Description
Rate requirements:
Orientation: $257.50 Per hour of orientation and training beyond 8 hours
Hourly: $515 Tier 2: $Per hour no OT
Holiday hourly: $772.50 Tier 2: $825 - Per holiday hour no OT
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- August 11 18
- September & October: Dependent on board dates (typically every 1st & 3rd Monday)
Time: 6:30a 7:30a (may extend up to 2 hours/day)
Details:
- Therapeutic Radiologist to cover GI Tumor Board
- Facility Location: 11750 W 2nd Pl Lakewood CO 80228
- Setting: Clinic
- Duties: Reviewing imaging and pathology to help stage disease and asses treatment options. Collaborating with other specialists (medical oncologists surgeons pathologists etc) to create a cohesive personalized treatment plan.

EMR Required Training:
- Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
- EMR Virtual training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day.
- All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation:
- What are the # of years of epic experience they have
- When was the last time (MM/YYYY) that they used Epic
- What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC
- Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated - Please add photo into documents.
- Can you disclose the providers time zone for scheduling the virtual epic training
- We need the providers best phone # to use for call shifts while working. Can you disclose
- We need the providers best email to use for programs while working onsite and the preapplication. Can you please send us their personal email address

Requirement description :
