Overview
The HR Recruiter plays a pivotal role in the organizations success by ensuring that the company attracts and hires the most suitable candidates for its diverse workforce. This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual capable of navigating a fast-paced recruitment landscape. As the first point of contact for potential employees the HR Recruiter is responsible for understanding the nuances of each departments needs and recruiting accordingly. They will create engaging job postings leverage various sourcing strategies and use assessment tools to evaluate candidates effectively. The success of our recruitment process is vital to boosting employee morale enhancing productivity and ultimately leading the organization towards achieving its strategic goals. Additionally the HR Recruiter must maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle contributing significantly to the organization s employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage recruitment processes and timelines.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Create engaging job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various platforms for candidate sourcing including job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the interview process.
- Administer assessment tools to evaluate candidates skills and fit.
- Provide support and guidance to candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offer terms and communicate offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation regarding recruitment activities.
- Foster relationships with universities recruiting agencies and other networks.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the employer brand.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment best practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building relationships.
- Detail-oriented approach to work and candidate evaluations.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience using social media for recruitment.
- Possession of HR certifications is a plus.
