Job Overview:
As a Technical Sales Manager you will be the bridge between advanced AI/Robotics technologies and the customers real-world needs. Youll lead sales efforts communicate value propositions effectively and work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Presentation & Communication Excellence
Deliver engaging confident and persuasive presentations.
Use visual storytelling and live demos to simplify complex AI/Robotics concepts.
2) Sales Strategy & Business Development
Identify new opportunities in AI Robotics and Automation domains.
Develop and execute effective sales plans to grow revenue.
3) Client Relationship Management
Build strong long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and propose custom robotic solutions.
4) Technical Consultation & Demos
Explain technical solutions clearly and compellingly.
Conduct product demos webinars and client training sessions.
5) Proposal & Deal Closure
Prepare compelling proposals quotations and contracts.
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
6) Internal Collaboration & Market Outreach
Share client insights with engineering/product teams.
Represent the company at trade shows conferences and industry events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors/Masters in Engineering AI Robotics Business or related field.
Experience: 3 years in technical sales preferably in AI Robotics or Industrial Automation.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of AI ML IoT and robotic technologies.
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to build pipelines close deals and grow client accounts.
Communication: Excellent presentation negotiation and storytelling skills.
Solution-Driven: Able to understand client pain points and provide tailored technical solutions.
