Responsibilities: - Conduct strategic cold outreach to commercial businesses seeking snow removal and salting services
- Build relationships with maintenance departments engineering teams and facility managers
- Navigate corporate hierarchies professionally to identify and connect with key decision makers
- Gather essential contact information and documentation requirements for proposal submissions
- Qualify prospects by understanding their contract timelines and bidding processes
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and follow-up requirements
- Execute persistent but professional follow-up strategies when decision makers are unavailable
- Support the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads for the proposal and closing team
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in commercial calling environments
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident professional phone presence
- Strong resilience and ability to handle objections while maintaining positive energy
- Experience working effectively with corporate gatekeepers and administrative staff
- High-energy personality with natural persistence and follow-through abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and systematic call documentation processes
- Comfort level with dialer technology and phone-based applications
- Minimum 2-3 month availability during peak winter season (seasonal commitment required)
