This is a remote position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the backend of our e-commerce website (e.g. product listings content updates troubleshooting).
- Ensure the website is secure up-to-date and running smoothly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep content and pricing accurate.
- Learn and operate within our internal DMS to manage documentation and workflows.
- Monitor site performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Work with third-party developers or IT support when needed.
- Analyse website metrics and provide reports and insights for optimisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing websites and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify WooCommerce Magento etc.)
- Strong technical knowledge of website back ends and CMS platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Quick learner with the ability to pick up internal tools and systems including DMS software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO user experience and web analytics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field required. 2+ years of experience in marketing administration or data management roles. Proficient in CRM systems, ideally Zoho CRM, with proven experience in data handling, tagging, and segmentation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights. Excellent online research capabilities, able to find and organise relevant prospect data efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Solid written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
