Job Description
- Operating and Monitoring Equipment:This involves starting stopping and adjusting machinery like expellers crushers and driers to ensure proper oil extraction.
- Maintaining Equipment:Operators perform routine maintenance troubleshoot malfunctions and may assist with more complex repairs.
- Quality Control:They assess the quality of the extracted oil and the expelled seed material to ensure optimal extraction and product quality.
- Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of production data machine performance and any issues encountered during operation.
Requirements
- Technical Skills:Understanding of machinery operation maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitoring and Inspection:Ability to monitor gauges indicators and other parameters to ensure proper machine operation and identify potential problems.
- Problem-Solving:Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and identifying solutions to maintain optimal production.
