We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Boston MA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients helping to resolve issues answer questions and ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to our communication services
Document all customer interactions and update internal support systems accurately
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer concerns
Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to improve service delivery
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by providing product guidance and support
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or support role (minimum 1 year)
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
Familiarity with CRM software and help desk tools is a plus
Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and in a team
