Job Description
We are currently seeking a Leadership Development Trainee to join our San Antonio office. This entry-level program is designed to provide hands-on experience professional mentorship and structured training to prepare you for future leadership roles within Nexmos Design. Youll be exposed to various departments and projects allowing you to build a solid foundation in design operations project coordination and client engagement.
Responsibilities
Participate in cross-functional training across departments
Assist with project planning coordination and execution
Shadow team leaders and gain insight into effective leadership practices
Analyze team and project performance metrics to support decision-making
Support communication between departments and with clients
Complete assignments and training modules within program timelines
Collaborate in problem-solving and strategy sessions
Demonstrate continuous learning and leadership potential
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Design Marketing or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated initiative adaptability and team collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
No prior leadership experience required training will be provided
