Role Front Desk Receptionist
Location- Olympia WA

Required Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer service attitude
Preferred Skills:
Experience with online booking system (i.e. Magnet)
Responsibilities
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting welcoming directing and announcing them appropriately
- Perform clerical tasks
- Maintain reception area
- Answer phone calls
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook issue visitor badges)
- Monitor and submit orders for office supplies to OneTeam
- Support with Magnet booking
- Receiving and sorting mail
- Assist with catering orders
