About The Opportunity
Programmed are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our high-performing and motivated business systems team in Melbourne. Situated in our state-of-the-art office located in the acclaimed Collins Square in Docklands this role will be pivotal in working with a team of analysts and SMEs under an agile methodology to deliver projects and drive continuous improvement. This position requires strong communication as you will be working with internal stakeholders to provide support with our business systems.

Reporting Line:Business Systems Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop capture and rationalisation of business requirements
- Design and document business process workflows change impact assessments and develop training material
- Participate in or facilitate stakeholder needs analysis workshops
- Performing Business Readiness analysis before project implementations
- Ad hoc reporting/analysis
- Maximo (MAS) system administrationand analysis
- Field Mobility Services system administration and analysis
About you
To excel in this position ideally you will have previous experience in a support or analytical role with a drive for process improvement. Additionally you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Qualification in IT or Business systems is desirable but not required
- Experience with field mobility service systems will be highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills ensuring efficient task prioritization
- Strong project execution skills and familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Focused on upskilling continuous development training and self-improvement.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite
