Now Hiring: Mortgage Pipeline Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Pipeline Manager to oversee the processing workflow from contract to close. This individual will be responsible for ensuring loans move efficiently through the pipeline while addressing delays managing escalations and maintaining a high standard of service to clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee loans in the under contract stage managing timelines and ensuring files stay on track.
Identify and resolve issues that may delay closings.
Communicate with clients real estate agents and internal teams to address concerns and keep all parties informed.
Serve as an escalation point for complex or sensitive files.
Collaborate with processors and operations staff to maintain file quality and compliance.
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the loan system.
Help improve processes and support operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Prior experience in mortgage processing management or mortgageoperations management is required.
Strong understanding of loan structuring and underwriting guidelines.
Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Broker channel experience is preferred.
NMLS license is a plus.
Position Details:
Remote role must be based in the U.S.
Salary: $70000$80000 base with potential to earn $100000 through incentive structure.
Must be available for daily team video calls and ongoing collaboration.
